Silver Canyon Return Policy for purchases made from SilverCanyonBoots.com:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise from your Silver Canyon purchase, please return your item(s) to us in its original condition within 60 days of purchase.
Returns on purchases made within 30 days of your original purchase date, will receive a full merchandise refund. Returns between 31-60 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After 60 days, returns are no longer accepted. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers may return new items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st. Holiday returns from February 1st through February 28th will be charged a 20% restocking charge. No holiday returns allowed February 28th.
All tags and tickets should still be attached to the garment(s) and the garment(s)/item(s) must be in new, unworn, un-laundered and in a resalable condition for a prompt refund or exchange. Boots and shoes must be returned in their original boxes and the boxes must also be in their original condition, so please utilize outer packaging for return shipments. Items which do not meet this criteria, may be assessed a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price. Refused packages will be charged 30% or $30, whichever is greater.
