Silver Canyon belts are leathers belt with a thin man-made top layer of polyurethane which provides additional strength and durability. We are using a well-known and proven manufacturing technique which is often not mentioned by other belt brands. We believe this manufacturing technique adds value to our belts which is why we clearly mention its use in our description and we stand behind our belts.

Polyurethane (PU) enhanced belts are more durable than an traditional all leather belt. We know people who have worn PU enhanced belts for years. PU is basically constructed like fiberglass. The factory starts with the leather belt and then the PU is sprayed in leathers and molded on top of it.
